Construction of Structural Geological Model Using Monte Carlo Simulation

چکیده

To optimize the prediction of structural geological conditions in underground as data collected at surface, due to usual great uncertainties involved, we discuss new perspectives for construction models, bearing mind common doubts involved and their implications safety infrastructure works, mining, etc. This paper presents a statistical simulation applied measures (dip-dip direction) obtained from schists during design civil works through correlation between surface with different depth levels. Angular joints foliations converted direction cosines were subjected PERMANOVA test verify amplitude differences The asymptotic results allowed determine regions confidence built around centroids simulation, allowable consistency was considered where simulated values small enough practical point view, considering that difference joint structures foliation is smaller former. characteristic structure rock deformation just like joints.
